Marca Bologna, January 18th-19th 2007, is the
one and only Italian event devoted to the Private Label industry.
The show is a reference point and innovative “show window” addressed
to large-scale retail trade and PL business community.
Marca
is a place where attendees can meet the leading buyers from Italian
and Foreign large-scale retail trade, working in the Private
Label industry. Exhibiting companies will also have the possibility

website, and to MBO, (Meeting Business Opportunity) a service
BolognaFiere created to help get in contact with the large retail
companies that are Marca Partners.

of meetings and workshops that focus on market trend, product

So Fresh
So Fresh is a new event organized by BolognaFiere for
the food industry and specifically devoted to fresh foods: fruit
and vegetables, meat and fish, and will be taking place at the
same time as Marca Bologna.
So Fresh aims at promoting and making
the added value of made in Italy fresh foods known to national
and international HO.RE.CA and retail community, in a targeted
and effective way.
Visitors will have the chance to meet with
the most important buyers from Italian and international retail
trade. They will have access to new services that help suppliers
and retailers to meet. Attendees can take advantage of an outstanding
program of meetings, with seminars on specific topics, organized
in collaboration with Parma University. There will be educational
days for professional development including courses addressed
to Italian and international large retailers as well as a presentation
of qualitative and quantitative report on fresh foods and market
trends.
