Anuga offers visitors the latest sector trends. Hardly any other sector sees as many innovations and new trends each year as the sector for food & beverages. But which ones are really important? Which will stand the test of time? And which will vanish without a trace?

Anuga has all the right answers and sets the crucial trends–in eight areas that reveal the direction for the future. By joining one of these trend themes, attendees will be able to showcase their products and services to their best advantage.

What’s more, visitors will find each other quickly. A list will appear in the online exhibitor database, which can be sorted by trend theme, and in a brochure for each particular area. That means visitors can reach out to new visitor target groups and make valuable contacts. New target groups include: Organic products; Gourmet products and regional specialties; health and functional food; trademark brands; kosher products; halal food; finger food; vegetarian products.

The new trade fair Anuga Organic offers suppliers of organic food and drink products a unique platform for presenting their product range in its full variety and drawing attention to themselves as valuable partners. At the independent platform “Organic World” at Anuga 2005, more than 209 exhibitors from all over the world presented their products to approximately 29,000 decision-makers from the food trade, the drugstore market, the specialist trade and the restaurant/external catering market who had an interest in organic products.
