Tesco is continuing to expand its Fairtrade clothing range, aiming to become number one in volume terms, reports www.planetretail.com. The retailer said it is the first supermarket to introduce Fairtrade cotton knitwear and is doubling its range of Fairtrade cotton school uniforms, bringing much needed benefits to farmers growing Fairtrade cotton in India and Africa.
